Mode’s memberships are available to be purchased through our ‘Mode Studio’ app (available for download on Google Play or Apple Store) or through desktop (link here).

Once signed up, you can begin making Group Training and Restore Suite bookings immediately, directly through our app or website booking pages.

Group Training classes can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance under any of our membership options. Restore Suite appointments can be booked up to 7 in advance under any membership option.

The easiest way to keep track of your membership details and future appointments is via our Mode Studio app. Download the app from Apple or Google Play and follow the prompts.

Download the app from the app store and either create a your new Mode Studio account directly in the app, or sign in using the account you created via our website. If you have previously joined MindBody through another business, you can use that same log in here.

You can use the app to book your classes and appointments, sync these with your calendar, manage cancellations and browse additional purchasing options.

Mode’s memberships are structured to include any or all of our services, including:

What is right for you is determined by the weekly schedule that you can prioritise for your fitness & wellbeing.

You might choose to focus on your fitness and start with a group training membership, setting you up for your fittest year yet.

Recovery and restoration could be more up your alley, for which we have stand-alone contrast therapy memberships or options that combine this with your preferred way to workout.

We want Mode Studio to be the right fit for you and your lifestyle, which is why we have included a 5 business day cancellation window for all memberships. Cancel anytime within this time frame after the commencement of your membership and you will not be charged any cancellation penalty. A cancellation charge of 70% of the remainder of your membership fees is in effect after this.

Please note, you will be charged for the number of days you held your membership.

Your first weekly membership fee will be charged at the time of purchase. Future membership payments will be processed weekly thereafter.

Our membership T’s & C’s can be found in the membership portal (pre-purchase) via our app or website.

Once you have signed up, you'll receive an email from our Community Manager introducing us, info on our house rules and containing a PDF copy of your membership T's & C's.

Mode Studio is located at 202 Ponsonby Road. We are accessible through the main entrance lobby to the Special Group building and can be found on the lower ground floor.

Pay and display parking is available right outside our doors in a secure parking facility. Entrance is down our driveway and on the left, underneath Special Group.

All classes and appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the start time.

If you cancel a class with less than 12-hours notice, or don't show up, you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee to your stored card details the following day.

If you cancel an appointment with less than 12-hours notice, or don't show up, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee to your stored card details the following day.
