FREE Outdoor Signature Series

Mode is thrilled to deliver a series of FREE outdoor signature style workouts to celebrate our coming studio opening!

Join us on Saturday mornings in Western Park, Ponsonby, for a free workout that will introduce you to our signature style of training. Split between moderate to intense running intervals and resistance sets, our outdoor workouts will leave you feeling energised and alive for your weekend ahead.

All fitness levels welcome, with options to moderate any part of the workout to suit you.

Come and meet the crew, experience our favourite way to workout and get amongst the epic vibe!

Time: 9-10am
Location: Western Park, Ponsonby
Enjoy: Post workout refreshments from our friends at ALMIGHTY & Coffee Supreme
Bring: Water bottle, mat or towel if you would like one for ground exercises + wear training appropriate gear.
Sign Up: By downloading our app and selecting ‘Free Outdoor Signature Workout’ once you’ve signed up. Bookings essential so we have an idea of numbers but there are no limits, and you can book all four workouts in advance.
